The Group has amassed a substantial and diverse national property portfolio over several decades spread across commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural sectors through astute purchasing decisions and forward planning. The portfolio is principally from sole ownership but also in partnership with other investors and, includes premium private residences, modern townhouse clusters, warehouses, strip malls, multi-purpose commercial units and high-end office blocks. AIDC also owns all its motor dealership premises outright, all of which are sited in prime locations for maximum visibility.
